I'm Michael Assman, born in the UK, lived in France for twenty years and 14 years in the Netherlands. I have worked in major multinationals in both business and people related positions. I've refereed rugby at a high level and now combine all of these experiences into my passion for high performance and learning. A Masters in Coaching from the Johan Cruyff Institute brings a different view to stimulate you and your team to taking ownership of your journey to being the best you possibly can.
